Shubha Taparia explores the materiality and temporality of mundane materials juxtaposed with gold - symbol of permanence. Her interest lies in the liminal space between darkness and light. 

 

Marta Roberti’s guardian figure, Self Portrait as a Sphinx, half human, half animal, embodies complex notions of myth and identity.

 

Mohammed Monaisser approaches his charged textual works from an abstract, gestural as well as a talismanic viewpoint.
